Leaves should be placed in clear or labeled bags. Citizens are asked to limit bagged leaves to 10 bags per collection day and not to place the bags in the public right-of-way (violators can be cited).
Citizens can also drop off bagged leaves, Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at five Bureau of Solid Waste locations:
- Eastern Sanitation Yard - 6101 Bowleys Lane
- Northwest Sanitation Yard - 2840 Sisson Street
- Northwest Transfer Station – 5030 Reisterstown Road
- Quarantine Road Landfill – 6100 Quarantine Road
- Western Sanitation Yard - 701 Reedbird Avenue

Great post. I thought leaf collection was in early October but its the middle of November and I still haven't heard anything about leaf collection for my town. I hope I didn't miss it. Thanks for sharing Councilman Bill.
