Yesterday, August 31st, was "Opening Day" for Baltimore City Public Schools.
After representing the Council's Education Committee at the ribbon cutting for the newly-renovated Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School in East Baltimore, Bill joined Mayor Sheila Dixon at the 4th District's own Guilford Elementary/Middle School for a quick tour and lunch with some of the students.
